Gregory W. Hadley

          Gregory W. Hadley is an Investor/Partner and Member of the Board of Advisors of the Company. Mr. Hadley is Chairman of the Board of Leading Residences of the World (LRW), a luxury “private residence club” which is affiliated with Cendant Corporation (NYSE :CD), the world leader in travel and real estate services. He is also a Principal, the largest shareholder and Manager of DCP Partners In 1991 DCP pioneered and created the “luxury residence club” concept which created a new industry in the United States. The actual and projected sales revenue of the residence clubs in which DCP is involved is in excess of $1,500,000,000. In addition, Mr. Hadley a managing partner of Greglin Investments, a limited liability partnership, which focuses on investments in residential, commercial and institutional properties. He is also a principal in Uplink which holds the patent rights for the use of global positioning satellite technology (GPS) in golf applications.

           In 1989, Mr. Hadley purchased a Bell South cellular service and equipment company in Houston, Texas as he was actively involved in investing the telecommunications sector. Mr. Hadley founded Americom Paging Corporation in 1986 and served as President & CEO until 1995 when it was sold to a publicly traded company. Under Mr. Hadley's management, Americom Paging became one of the largest independently owned paging companies in the United States. In 1978, he founded American Radio Communication, the primary business of which was to acquire two-way radio towers and sell two-way radio airtime and equipment. This company was later expanded to a national level and became Americom Communications Corporation. Mr. Hadley is recognized as one of the pioneers and leaders of the paging industry.
