Ben Eisenberg

Ben Eisenberg is an Investor/Partner and Senior Advisor of the Company. Mr. Eisenberg is a highly regarded and successful commercial and industrial real estate specialist. Ben Eisenberg, along with his partners Walter Byrd and Thomas Kresse, is recognized as one of the top brokers in the South Florida marketplace. During his career, Eisenberg and his team have represented some of the largest corporate users in South Florida, have leased properties on behalf of many major institutional owners, and have helped clients purchase and sell assets.


CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

Before joining Transwestern, (www.transwestern.net), Eisenberg was a senior vice president in the South Florida office of Trammell Crow Company. Along with Byrd and Kresse, he was responsible for strategic business development for all aspects of industrial and office real estate services in South Florida, including brokerage, capital markets, investment sales, and corporate tenant representation. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, Eisenberg was a senior director with the South Florida office of Cushman & Wakefield.

Consistent market leaders, Eisenberg, Byrd, and Kresse have been ranked nationally as top producers for Trammell Crow and Cushman & Wakefield and were recognized by national research firm CoStar as one of the “Top 20” South Florida brokers in 2004 and 2005 for their volume of transactions completed in South Florida. In 2003, the team was awarded the “Real Estate Deal of the Year” by the South Florida Business Journal for representing Crispin Porter + Bogusky in their headquarters relocation to the Offices of Mayfair. Eisenberg is consistently quoted in the local media as a source for current market information and real estate trends.
Eisenberg is an active member and on the Board of Directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida and also sits on the Board of Professionals Retirement Strategy. Eisenberg previously sat on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, was also a former Chairman of the Charitable Giving Committee for the South Florida Golf Foundation and is a past Chairman of the Board of Governor’s at the Doral Country Club.

Eisenberg holds a B.A. degree from the University of South Florida.
