Pablo Barbachano Joins The Americas Group

We are proud to announce and welcome Gregory W. Hadley , Chairman of the Board of Leading Residences of the World (LRW) and a Principal of Destination Club Partners (DCP) as a Partner and Member of the Board of Advisors of The Americas Group. 

DCP pioneered and created the “luxury residence club” concept in the United States. It has subsequently created a whole new industry, which today is considered one of the fastest growing and hottest segments in real estate. They have developed and currently have under development residence clubs that will have projected sales revenue in excess of $1,500,000,000.

DCP is the pre-eminent company in its field and serves as a design, marketing and sales partner with developers and/or landowners. They can also assist in obtaining club development financing.  In addition to expertise in all facets of residence club development, DCP has a full-service, in-house marketing staff.
