Jeffery Howard
Jeffery Howard is an Investor/Partner and Senior Advisor of the Company. He is one of the pre-eminent interior designers in the Southeastern United States. After studying design and architecture at the University of Florida and receiving his Bachelor of Design degree in 1964, Jeffrey became associated with the noted designer Henry End. In his capacity as Senior Designer for the Henry End firm, he played a key role as project designer for numerous hotels around the world, including Hotels in England, Middle East, South America, and the Caribbean.
In 1971, Mr. Howard established the Howard Design Firm, subsequently designing such prestigious projects as the Grand Bay Hotel in Coconut Grove, Miami's first five-star hotel, and more recently, numerous Ritz Carlton Hotels throughout the United States. Among his prestigious residential projects are interiors for golf professional Raymond Floyd, Miami Heat's Alonzo Mourning, and Oprah Winfrey. His skill in creating highly detailed interior architecture together with a comment to timeless design has contributed to his successful practice throughout the past 35 years.
His firm was rated #1 Interior Design Firm in 1986 by INTERIOR DESIGN MAGAZINE. More recently, the Firm's work has appeared in numerous national and international periodicals and books, including FLORIDA ARCHITECT, INTERIOR DESIGN, and SOUTH FLORIDA DESIGN. Mr. Howard is also currently teaching Interior Architecture at the University Of Miami Department Of Architecture.
