Paul D. DeStefanis

 Paul D. DeStefanis, CPA/ABV, ASA, CVA is an Investor/Partner and the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is also the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Americas Group Technology Managers, L.L.C. since its inception. He has over nineteen years of professional experience, including eight years with an international accounting and consulting firm. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, he is an Accredited Business Valuator (AICPA designation), an Accredited Senior Appraiser (American Society of Appraisers designation) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (NACVA designation). These designations recognize extensive training and experience in the specialized field of business valuations and financial analysis. He is a past member of NACVA’S Education Board.

Mr. DeStefanis was with Deloitte & Touche, an international accounting and consulting firm from 1982 through 1989. During his tenure, he specialized in merger and acquisition transactions. He has extensive experience in the high-tech industry, such as information technology, computer hardware and software, Internet companies, and also in the professional and financial services, wholesale and distribution, investment banking, hospitality, and entertainment industries. From 1989 through 1994, Mr. DeStefanis joined a diversified publicly-held entertainment company, as its Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. DeStefanis was directly responsible for all financial matters and successfully structured numerous public and private placements. From 1994 through the present, he has served as the President and CEO of Advanced Business Valuations bizvaluations.com, a corporate consulting firm active in business valuations, fairness opinions, mergers & acquisitions and international trade consulting. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
