Scott Pasolli
Scott Pasolli is a Partner. Scott is working closely with Frank Weed on numerous projects for the company and its clients in the Americas. Scott has 20 years experience in real estate development specializing in large scale community development. He is also the broker for TAGRE’s correspondent mortgage company, Platinum Financial Funding (www.platfund.com) in Florida.
Scott joined Greg Norman’s Medalist Developments to direct and coordinate its land development efforts. He was responsible for the construction of the Shark’s Tooth golf course and initial amenities within the Norman-branded community Wild Heron in Panama City Beach, Fl. In 2002, Shark’s Tooth was named the 2nd best new private course by Golf Digest. Scott then served as the company’s manager for Medallist’s Savannah Quarters in Savannah Georgia and General Manager of its Tennessee National golf community near Knoxville, Tennessee. Both of these communities received recognition for their accomplishments in sales, amenities and golf course design.
Scott started his career in real estate development with Coral Ridge Communities (later renamed WCI Communities). Scott coordinated the company’s efforts in the development of its vast land holdings in the cities of Coral Springs and Parkland, Florida. Scott was part of the management team that developed the well known golf community, The Tournament Players Club at Heron Bay, host of the Honda Classic. In 1997 he joined John Wieland Communities of Atlanta, Georgia to develop Woodmont Golf and Country Club. Upon completion, it was named one of Atlanta’s “Best Semi-Private Golf Courses”.
Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from The United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. He also holds a MBA from The University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, Michigan.
