Arthur Silverman

Arthur Silverman is an Investor/Partner in the Company and Senior Managing Partner and General Counsel at The Dutko Group Companies (DGC) dutkogroup.com since 1993, is a prominent and experienced federal lobbyist in Washington D.C. Prior to working for DGC, Mr. Silverman was a partner with the Boston law firm of Sullivan and Worcester, and the Washington law firm of Dow, Lohnes and Albertson. Mr. Silverman has a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Doctorate of Law from Cornell Law School. He has been involved in many major tax and appropriations bills as well as several critical legislative initiatives on environmental, defense, trade, education and technology issues.
