Ricardo Aizenman
Ricardo “Ricky” Aizenman is the Chairman and Founder of Ironman Supervisory Partners, a division of Ironman Capital Partners (www.ironmancapitalpartners.com ) , a wealth management supervisory, consulting firm and alternative investment access, focused on providing a “second pair of eyes” on the wealth management accounts of its clients. He has been involved in the wealth management sector for over 25 years and is recognized as one of the leading experts in designing and implementing performance and control structures with enhanced supervisory and auditing capabilities leading to improved yields for the clients.
Prior to Ironman he was CEO and Founder of Fortune Partners Supervisory from 2017 to 2020. Ricardo brought into the Fortune Group and supervised 100 high net worth individuals and families representing $600,000,000 from mostly from Mexico, Latin America, and The United States . Mr. Aizenman received his accounting degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Mexico. Then joined KPMG in Mexico City in the forensic and auditing department. He left in 1998 and enrolled in IE University Business School in Madrid, Spain to pursue an MBA. IE is recognized as one of the top 10 business schools in the world. During his summer internship at bank BBVA’s headquarters in Madrid, he designed a Global Performance Scorecard for the BBVA Global Corporate Bank which was implemented worldwide. He designed similar model to his BBVA model for Citibank N.A. Ricardo was a Co-founder and Managing Director of the Citibank N.A. International Commercial Consumer Banking model for Asia Pacific, Europe,Middle East, Africa, and Latin America conducting cross-border banking in 32 countries.
He recruited and managed their team of global bankers in the region. During his 10 years with Citibank, he managed many hundreds of cross-border family-owned businesses and personal banking relationships. Mr. Aizenman was Executive Director of Julius Baer Wealth Management and was instrumental in the merging of Merrill Lynch and Julius Baer in the establishment of the Julius Baer UHNWWealth Management hub for Latin America. Ricardo is actively involved and on the Boards of several corporations, international foundations and eduction institutions and NGO’s including Cadena.ngo International Foundation and AACSB International (AACSB), a global nonprofit association connects educators, students, and business to achieve a common goal: to create the next generation of great leaders. He was Secretary and Board Member many Latin and European Chambers of Commerce including, Brazil, Colombia, Israel and US/Mexico Chamber of Commerce with 52 chapters in the U.S. and Mexico. Ricardo is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
