Salomon (Salo) Zaga
Salomon (Salo) Zaga is the Chairman, CEO and Founder of Argus Capital Group, a diversified private equity company based in Miami, Florida and Mexico City.
Prior to that he was the President and CEO of Equilibrium 360 S.A. De C.V. his family-owned textile manufacturing company based in Mexico City. Salomon was a financial analyst for Global Investor Services focused on fixed income in emerging markets before joining his family textile company. He also manages multiple other investment companies in the Hospitality and International Litigation Financing sectors. He is a partner The Americas Group, a consulting, marketing and merchant banking firm focusing its activities on Latin America, Mexico and the Caribbean.
Salo is a member of the Business Council for the Fundacion Internacional para la Libertad (Mario Vargas Llosa – Nobel Prize winner NGO) and also a NextGen member of USGLC (United States Government Leadership Council). He has a BA Degree from Barry University and multiple graduate finance courses at Wharton School of Finance. Salomon is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Hebrew.
